Whenever you are in need of help you are welcome to contact us for service, whether or not you have a service agreement or a valid warranty.
When you contact us please have the following information to hand...
As confirmation that your service notification has been registered, you will get an RMA number. You should refer to that number whenever you contact us for updates or to give us more information.
Service agreement means that you have an additional agreement with MilDef Ltd to receive extra services in some form or other. You are guaranteed service at the agreed level.
When you refer to the warranty you must have the serial number to hand so that we know that you are entitled to warranty service.
If your product is no longer covered by the standard warranty or a Service Agreement please contact MilDef AB Service for an assessment of the repair cost. No service work will begin until the price has been accepted.
